Q. Can I cancel my order?

A.  If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order for you. If the order has already shipped out you will have to follow the full return process. Please email us at hello@jo-ah.com to inquire about your order status and request a cancellation.

Q.  Can I edit my order?

A.  Unfortunately once orders are submitted, they cannot be edited. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order for you and you can re-order. If the order has already shipped out you will have to follow the full return process. Please email us at hello@jo-ah.com to inquire about your order status and request a cancellation.

Q.  I've received the wrong product, how do I get the right one?

A.  Please email us at hello@jo-ah.com as soon as you receive the parcel, along with any relevant photographs where applicable.  We'll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
 

QUESTION 04.

Q.  My order arrived damaged.

A.  If your order arrives damaged, please email photographs to hello@jo-ah.com as soon as possible, along with any details of leaks, breakages or signs that the packaging has been tampered with.  Pleases retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Q.  Do you ship internationally?

Q.  What shipping method do you use?

A.  All order are shipped through Canada Post unless otherwise noted. Shipping methods are subject to change in an effort to provide the best service possible.
 

QUESTION 08.

Q.  Will I be charged customs and duties on my order?

A.  Orders within Canada will not be charged customs and duties as all products are shipped from Canada.  Orders coming from the United States may incur customs and/or duties charges based on your location.  All customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Q.  What payment method do you accept?

A.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
 

QUESTION 10.

Q.  Do you accept payment in other currenies?

A.  Currently we only accept payments in Canadian Dollars.
